Tata Sky — Unable to view services

Purchased tatasky set up box on 09.10.2016. Installation provided by tatasky. Due to poor installation we are not able to view the services. The signals lost in every alternate days. Tata sky representative visited and told us for proper installation they need to do more wiring and do the drilling in windows for laying wires. We are ready to pay for more wire length (more than 10 M ) but drilling and other things for installation always needs to be done by tatasky. We have paid and recharge 2 times but signals creating problem every days.
The tata sky person who is visiting denying to do holes in window and asking us to do all these arrangement for installation of set up box.
That representative Mr Manish also misbehaving with us at our home every time we complained for problem in signals. Since 20 days we are giving complain in tatasky and the same guy Mr Manish visiting in our area from tatasky and misbehaving and abusing at our home.
Tatasky also not doing anything for installation neither taking action against that guy.
Kindly look into the matter so that we could view the services for which we had already paid.

Sir,
The number of times we are complaining for this issue, the local tatasky person (Mr Manish) coming at our home or calling us and misbehaving with us. Loose talk will not be tolerated any more.
We will lodge a complain in police if any loose talk will now be done by this tatasky person. Also we will file written complain in consumer forum if even once this person will misbehave.
We humbly request tatasky to pl resolve the issue without any further hot talk in this matter or return the set up box and return our money since we are not able to view the services.

Sir,
Tatasky representative visited the home but denied for installation without giving extra charge. He is asking for extra money for re installation to receive the proper signals. As per tata sky representative earlier visited person have already taken money for installation and for proper installation to receive the signals in better way; we have to pay again.
Why shall we pay extra if fault is from your side. Kindly arrange for proper installations we had already paid once for installation.
We are in problem since so many days but unable to receive the solution. We had paid Rs 560 & Rs 425 for recharge and even after so much payment we are not able to view the services and days are passing without any firm response.
Really quite disappointing.
Once again requesting to pl arrange for installation as payment already done.
