[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to view the channels for which I have paid for | |||
I am a user of tata sky setup box and this mail is regarding the problem faced by me in many of the channels provided by you. This problem has been continuously troubling me for the past six months. Several complaints were made via telephone but no action was taken by tata sky to remedy the issue. In majority of the channels which we have purchased, the signal strength is almost nil. Even though the weather conditions are perfect outside, when we switch to the above mentioned channels, the message shown is that the set up box cannot receive any signal or that it may be raining outside. And the issue which i have talked about is seen in majority of the channels which i have purchased in my pack. Was this information helpful? | |||
