[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to watch a few channels (star sports 1 & few marathi pack channels) since last week | |||
Subscriber id: [protected] I am not able to watch following channels (Despite having subscription) since last week, all other favorite channels are visible: 1) star sports 1 (English) 2) star pravah 3) colors marathi 4) abp majha Message continuously appears as 'your tata sky box is unable to receive signal' which can not be true as other channels are visible. Verified Support Dec 03, 2017 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
