[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to watch channels

Unable to watch channels i have paid for. Inspite of registering a complaint with them twice in two days. Today's complain docket no - 1ev4yqav with them, they have not bothered to restore the channels, they have also not contacted me.

I request you to take immediate action against them, and ensure that they restore my channels at the earliest.
