[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unauthorized balance deduction from tata sky connection | |||||
I was complaining about my Tata sky connection to customer care that my tata sky is not working properly so they lock my complaint n send d technician at home on 12/4/17d d technician resolve d problem n demand money as service charges but my Tata sky not complete 1 year validity n customer care told me that if my Tata sky is under validity for 1 year then I have not give any money to technician, but next day on 13/4/17 my Tata sky a/c get deactive n a overdue of 200 is active.
