[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unauthorized balance deduction from tata sky connection

I was complaining about my Tata sky connection to customer care that my tata sky is not working properly so they lock my complaint n send d technician at home on 12/4/17d d technician resolve d problem n demand money as service charges but my Tata sky not complete 1 year validity n customer care told me that if my Tata sky is under validity for 1 year then I have not give any money to technician, but next day on 13/4/17 my Tata sky a/c get deactive n a overdue of 200 is active. My subscriber no.is [protected], amroha, up west. Solve dis problem quickly

Updated by sana faruqui My consumer id is [protected], I'm not satisfied with your services.resolve my problem as soon as possible, because warranty period is not over.Due technical problem signals were locked, there were no damage in set top box n antenna . Aur bhai ye kis type ki service de rahe hai jahaan representative keh rahe hai "agar 1 din me dus baar kharaab hoga to dus baar charges lagenge " ridiculous. I m also lodge a complaint in National consumer care services n my reference no.239189
