[Resolved]  Tata Sky — unethical behaviour and fraud business

I am a tata sky customer with subscription id[protected]. Previously i was a customer of reliance big tv with subscription id[protected]. I had an annual subscription of reliance big tv which was ending on 26 october 2017. Hence to continue with the subscription, i paid an amount of rs. 4200.00 on 18 october 2017 to reliance big tv. After that i also got the message from reliance big tv that my account balance is rs.4353.00 on 18 october 2017. But suddenly after that, a message was being flashed on tv screen by reliance big tv that the company licence is being expired and they are closing the transmission soon. The message also flashed that, the existing reliance big tv customer will get a free connection from tata sky and all the balance with reliance big tv will be transferred to tata sky account. For that i have to give a missed call on [protected]. So i did that. Then i was contacted by tata sky many times and finally i got the connection from them on 8 november 2017. I paid rs. 399 as a monthly subscription with assurance that my account balance from reliance big tv will be transferred to tata sky within 7 working days. After 10 days i followed up for that and then shocked to know that i got a transfer of rs. 1000.00 only from reliance big tv from a balance of rs.4353.00. Then i called tata sky customer care and registered a complaint. I got a final call from them on wednesday 22 november 2017 at 2.17 pm. The issue was discussed. The tata sky customer care representative told me to contact reliance big tv regarding the issue saying that they have to accept whatever the amount the reliance big tv has transferred. I argued that if it is so, return my reliance big tv set top box and reset my previous connection with previous balance. But she replied me rudely that, i cannot get the previous set top box and if i want i can cancel my tata sky connection. I told her that if it is so please give this me in writing. She asked my email address and assured that she will send me email stating that i cannot get my previous reliance big tv connection back with previous balance. Still i did not receive it. Hence i am sending an email which is a written documentation to tata sky. Clearly it is not my responsibility to contact reliance big tv because it is a business deal between tata sky and reliance big tv. Also reliance big tv call centres are closed for any communication. So this looks a fraud business deal between tata sky and reliance big tv who combinely are cheating the customers for a huge amount which is shameful. I want to know how to take the further action to stop this cheating.
I have also saved the message from reliance big tv showing my account balance on 18 october 2017 in my mobile.
