[Resolved] Tata Sky — unethical behaviour by your service staff charginging money without informing | |||
My tata sky id: [protected] Date of incident: 20.12.2107 Description of incident: i have three connections and two dish installed at my premises. During last one month i was having problem in viewing more than 70 % channels. Your tech. Mr. Vicky[protected] on 20.12.17 replaced one dish and told no charges as he took old dish with him. Now on 20th dec. I received sms for rs. 450.00 as charges for the above and the amount was adjusted against my advance deposited with tata sky. I immediately contacted yours distributor person mr. Puneet sharma[protected]. But he very rudely told that they will charge any replacement. Now pls. Immediately refund my rs.450/- in my account as i always deposit full year amount for my connections. The volume on tata sky set top box is so high that when the volume is even on 1 the sound is so high.I hope u can do necessary to resolve the problem.The volume is too high when it is 1 and very low when it is at 0
