[Resolved] Tata Sky — unfair deduction | |||
Respected Sir, few days back I apply for new connection from tata sky id [protected] I have been informed one month subscription free. later I got call from tata sky to share otp for two services kids and music and told it would be free for one month but later I come to know my due date has been reduce by 10 days and said it because of two services, kids and music pack. I immediately deactivated both pack within 1 days but still my due date is showing 19 aug 2018 but it should be 28 aug 2018. Tata sky cheated me if they can cheat on very first day I am worried about future they may cheat later on too I paid 2660 already. I do not know what to do now I do not want to be continue with tata sky any more but I paid already 2660. please help me . such kind o[censored]nfair, cheating practices must be penalize by government. please do not let them take action Was this information helpful? | |||
