Tata Sky — unnecessary charge for technician visit under warranty period

I facing issue with my setup box as there was no signal problem so i raised complaint and technician came and fixed the problem. There were no additional items he has added from his end.
Then i received sms saying charges of 225 rs have applied, after complaining for this in company they are saying charges are for loose connection which technician fixed. What does they mean by warranty of there product when they are charging for technician visit.
This is unethical and wrong. If product is under warranty period there company person has to come fix the issue with no charges at all but they are for no reason.
