[Resolved] Tata Sky — unnecessary charges for relocation & excess charges | |||||
I have been calling for last 3 weeks booking engineer for relocation but i dint get any one for 3 week after speaking to some 8 people in tata sky, at last one engineer agreed to come but kept on delaying for 2 days later he says i need to pay charges in cash whereas tata sky confirmed all the charges incurred will be deducted from my tata sky account & he refused to come (Venkat from cox town office). Than again i had to speak to 5 agent in 3 days & get engineers booked even though i was suppose to get the engineer in 1 & 2 day, no one turned up. Again i had to call book engineer who came on monday the 26th feb 2018 got the work done i was suppose to pay only 450, but i see total 800 charged on my bill. When spoke to cc nobody is helping here. It is confirmed i was charged for some dish or antenna, whereas i already had all those equipment and nothing such was replaced. Monday the 26th i had tata sky customer care associate & engineer on call conferenced confirmed that only 450 rupees only be deducted from account. I have spoken to more 30 customer care executives manager complaints team. I don't see anyone giving resolution. If this cannot be handled i will have to take in legal process. I also had no connection for tata sky ignorance where they promised to send engineer but dint send for more 6-7 times & i still had to pay for those 6 days without having services because of tata sky. I don't know how i am being so patient after having this much frustrating service. I want to excess charges to be removed & also refund me those 6 days charges which i dint get the servcies for which was also confirmed i would be refunded once all work done. I want to change my tata sky subscriber.because first subscriber is available so I have problem to recharge my antenna .
