[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unnecessary creating problems so that they can send technician & charge for visit | |||||
Subscriber id:[protected] Every month there will b some & other technical errors which the customer care will never resolve from their end & always give an option for sending a technician so that they can charge fr the visit. Tata sky has made it a business to fool customers like this. My tv suddenly started showing a msg that there is no digicard whereas I don't hav any card system in my set top box. After calling customer care, rather than solving my issue again they gave an option of sending technician which is chargeable. Just a 2 weeks back also I had signal issue & they charged fr that fr sending technician. If it's a technical error it shud b solved free of cost & that is why customer care is there.
