[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unresponsive customer care and tech glitch | |
Just today I activated my Tata Sky new connection. Going thru the dealer was first of all way too expensive. Then I got a default 153 Rs recharge for free channels. Later I decided to add a few channels. I followed the Missed Call system. I was able to add a 5 - 6 channels. However for channel numbers 1202 & 1204 the system errored out. Then no matter what I tried I was unable to add channels. I called customer care and they said I should wait for some time. After 2 hours I again called customer care and this time they connected me to manager Mr. Dinesh who said that earlier request is still not closed hence new one can not be processed and this is a server error. I understand this glitch but I requested him to raise a service request so I have a reference with me if I need to follow up. So far I have no information about any service request nor I can view those channels. Big disappointment Tata Sky. First impression is the last impression. So is this complaint.
