[Resolved] Tata Sky — unusual notice showing on tv by service provider | |
Didn't use the the connection for around 8 months now recharged today but it is showing" wrong card for the set top box "notice. Unable to contact ur customer service . It seems like customer care can only help out with taking loans. Why is the 24*7 also not working like it is asking me to press 5 to get loan . No other option is give . Verified Support May 24, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
