[Resolved] Tata Sky — unwanted channel subscription without customer's approval | |||
Tata sky charged us for a music channel that we never subscribed. When i called the customer service they said i did a missed call to subscribe to a paid channel. We never made the call but we received the subscription without any acknowledgement from us. This is a shady business practice from tata sky and only ruining the name of tata.
