Tata Sky — Visit charges even issue was from their end | |||||
Few days (3-4) before, i was getting error on my tata sky dish connection saying that no signal due to cloudy outside (Which was correct). But, even after two days, i was getting same error. Hence, i called the cc and ask for the solution. They said that technician will come and will be charge rs 200. We haven't done anything wrong, still why should we get charge? They have deducted the amount from my subscription. Tata sky should refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
