[Resolved] Tata Sky — want to change my rmn

I want to change my registered mobile number that i lost for my tatasky id [protected]. I called tatasky helpline but when i entered my subscriber i'd i was replied many times incorrect subscriber id. Please mail me solution on my i'd [protected]@gmail.com. My tatasky was not in use since last 4_5 years. Please send me the procedure for changing my rnm as i have no other way to login into my account.

I am S C Thapliyal. . My TATA SKY ID is [protected]. Tatasky sky has increased my monthly charges from Rs 735 to Rs 765 without my knowledge. These people are simply theieves, out to loot their own customers. Customer servive is very poor & nobody listens to your calls

There is an ad on TV regarding zee n star packages in Rs.45. I just had call with Tata Sky customer care n they are saying they are not supporting this feature yet. Then why the ad is showing on TV. Either ad should not show or Tata Sky should support this. Seems that Tata Sky is playing with customers to make more money.
