[Resolved]  Tata Sky — why you insist cash payment for installation of tata sky-dish ant.

Your person/rep., mr. Ajim insisted on cash payment for your charges of rs.3804/- which is not acceptable and this compulsion was not informed to us. If your back office-person would have talked to me i surely would have refused to install your services and the dish, definitely. The govt is insisting on cheque payments and white transactions. You are not providing any receipt for amount paid to you, only because the word 'tata'. Where the common man will go. Please get me my cash back and take the cheque from me. Or i will have to fight for justice.
