[Resolved] Tata Sky — Worst service from tata sky | |
Hi I am shailendra nagar my cutomer id no. Is [protected] my register no. Is [protected]. This guys are irriteting me from 4-5 days. My set-top box goes on standby mode some time it run very well and some time it goes on standby mode i call to customer care they told me we are sending our technician to your home he will solve the problem and you have to pay 150 rs service charge. I agree with that. But when technician came to my home he just press some button of my remote and then saying that you have to replace your set-top box and you have to pay extra 350 rs for that. I tolled him i plz resolve my old set-top box problem. And why i will pay for replaced set-top box its tatasky duties to take care of customer.
