[Resolved] Tata Sky — worst technicians and over-negligence customer care | |||||
I have been using tatasky for last 3 years. I have recently renewed for next six month package. But in the next couple of days, my set top box connection failed as it could not receive any signal. Generally tatasky technicians take long time to respond. This time though they turned up late still they could not solve the problem. I have been rendered with no connection for last 10 days. Repeated calls to customer care did not help as sometimes they act to be serious with no action or follow up on complaints. Mostly they will appologize and trasfer the call to seniors. Any i waited wasting time in call with no seniors responding for calls. Wondering how this company is still operating with such a worst customer care. Would advice others not to choose tatasky to avoid such horrible customer care experience and would end up wasting money and time following with these guys.
