[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong charges deducted for natural calamities | |||
Tata sky has deducted 300rs. From my account as relocation charges. But there is no relocation. Due to heavy storm in alwar rajasthan on 2 may 2018 the wire got detached from antenna, their service representative came and connected that wire after 7 days by continuous follow up. After that on 15 may they deducted 300rs from my account. For natural disaster why they are taking money from customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
