[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong charges taken by company & no interest in solving problems of customers by customer care staff | |||||
I am a new customer and it is just 4 month before i take the connections of this company, my connection is under warranty period there after company charge wrong from my account on 9-1-2018 & till now company not refund my amount, & i have proof of audio recording that representative from tata sky customer care has accepte that they have charged wrong amount, they just saying sorry sorry sorry from[protected] to[protected] days but till saying - - sir please wait, sir please wait, i completely harras by tata sky...
