Tata Sky — wrong information about balance and with wrong subs,ID | |||
My subscriber ID is [protected] and I have been using tata sky for a long time.But every time I get different sub Id with a warning that my payment due date and if my subscription is not renewed, I will be charged for idle maintenance .Even today, my sub id is something different.I have complained to the people concerned, and they assure that this will not recur.but after sometimes this is again the problem. In the meantime my real recharge date has come and they have started asking me to recharge.Iam afraid there might be the same problem.Can anybody concerned assure me that this problem will not be there in future? Some times I get irritated and think of quitting Tata Sky.Any solution? Was this information helpful? | |||
