[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong information given by the technician | |
My questions to tatasky are as follows 1) why does your technician carry no icard of the company 2) why can't he give us an official bill to know how much we will be charged for the work done, what is the warranty of items changed 3) why is the set top box replaced 4) why is a repaired set top box placed and not a new one 5) why are small small cheatings done by such a big company Was this information helpful? | |
