[Resolved] Tata Sky — wrong package told and mis selling done with wrong details | |||||
A person name puneet and nikita from Kolkata tatasky had visited my residence to sell tata sky connection. they had explained that since we have purchased three connection so we get a family pack with discount. after a day we freceived a message that data pack expired we have recharged twice since then. later on complaining in tata sky office they hang up the phone. every week my family is getting the recharge done. we want tata sky to replace our set up box with proper scheme. Since last Monday dated 24th July 2017 I am registered request for Relocate Dish . But request taken person had submit wrong request. Job was attended by Technician named Mr.Sunilkumar on 25 Th July 2017 & I told him the job, He told me the job will complete tomorrow but he not doing the job. today I submit fresh request so please look in to matter. I am not satisfied about your service, I had lost my 2 days leave to wait your technician.
