[Resolved] Tata Sky — Wrongly and overcharged. | |
My complain about over charges from tata sky to me. My subscriber no is [protected] and i have done my monthly recharge on 31st august. There were some tech. Issue on 4th sept. Which i reported to tata sky customer care and they advised to have a technician visit against the charges of 150/rupees only which i agreed. Your technician has come identified the problem and things was solved. But on 5th on words i am recieving a message from tata sky saying that i have to recharge again otherwise your connection will be deactivated from 6th onward. On my screen in a/c details it showes deduction of 150 rupees only so it means my a/c has to have balance of 270 rupees which supposed to be enough to manage my a/c for 19 days. And if you charge anything extra beside the visiting charges i should be informed and acknowledged by me. Secondly from yesterday i have made 8 calls to customer care but they have unable to genrate the complaint and send me the complaint no via message. Otherwise for every if & buts you all are sending us the message which is not acceptable at all.. Which i consider as fraud and cheating case. Was this information helpful? | |
