[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Wrongly charged

In May 2021, i was facing "Weather not clear" issue while switch on the TV though it was a sunny day, Tatasky CC told me that there is some issue with wire. Executive came, checked and said we have to replace the wire. Next day he replaced the wire and amount has been deducted. After change of wire i was getting the same issue, executive came, checks and i have been charged everytime. Last week there executive told me that the wire changed was a faulty one and having joints in it, the wire is a faulty one please get it replaced otherwise you get the same issue in the future too. Tatasky told me that we will replace the wire without any cost if something extra is placed then i have to pay for it. Now they deducted 800 rupees again for connector as well as wire though i already paid for it at the first place. Now they are saying we don't know what our executive had done the wire was not in warranty you have to pay for it. They never told me that the wire comes with any warranty or not at the first place. Their executive took cash too and i have been charged by tatasky too for faulty wire and connector. Now they are showing their back because it is their executive's mistake but customer have to pay for it.
