Tata Sky — Wrongly Recharge to Another Tata Sky Account

We have done wrongly recharge to another account no.[protected] through Phone pe app.
Amount-INR 210
Reference ID 13BD[protected]
BBPS TRANSCATION ID BD011361ODP[protected]
Please help on that.Either Refund the amount or reverse the amount to TATA Sky ID [protected]

Today i receive a call from Tata Sky customer service, They told ID to ID money transfer is not possible and ask me to contact phone pe where you done the recharge as we are not able to validate the refund as its not done through Tata sky app.

Please help Phone pe people told contact the service provider and Tata sky people told that contact Phone pe. Where the customer goes. Its very difficult to us.

The service provider has also confirmed that the respective benefits have been applied for the same number against the Transaction ID: NX21122719085474187791511.

We would like to inform you t that Tata Sky doesn't usually allow cancellation of bill payments. But, if they want they can always try reaching out to them

We request you to contact them with the operator reference ID: TP[protected]. while reaching out to the service provider / Bank (in case of Credit card) for a hassle free experience.

Note. Unfortunately, PhonePe is not authorized to reverse any payment, regardless of the payment status.

As it is a successful transaction, this is the Operator reference ID: TP[protected] which has been generated for your transaction which amounted to ₹210. We would request you to reach out to your service provider along with the operator reference for a hassle-free experience.

Now tell what we do as a customer. Phone pay people tell Tata sky will refund and you tell phone pay will refund

As per discussion with phone pay they do not have any process in the system to initate reversal of the transcation once its sucessfull.They told only tata sky people will refund. Today i receive from the escalation team of Phone pay. Now please either you escalate this case to your higher management and initated the refund as earliest.
