Tata Steel — Cash back of March month

3rd March I purchsed steel from your authorized dealer KS STEEL, but till now I didn't get cash back
Which one KS STEEL promised to me
I tried to fix this issue from hdfc Bank
But after the diagnosis of hdfc team
They emailed me, contact your merchant
I emailed KS Steel twice .but I didn't get the cash back till now
Kindly find the attached file of my steel purchsed invoice and your offer.

kindly fix my cash back issue ASAP.
