Tata Swach — defective product received

I have placed "tata swatch cristella advance" water purifier on tata cliq 14th aug 2019. I have received defective piece it's upper lid corner was broken, i have raised a return request immediately on same day, it's been almost 5 days since i raised complaint and not yet resolved, the first day they promised me that issue would be resolved within 2 days, they asked me to email images of broken part to customer care mail id as well as to whats app. I have mailed them all the product images with clear view of broken part. After 3 days got a call from customer care person asking me to resend images claiming that they couldn't see the defect [they wasted 3 days here]. I have resend image with clear view again immediately on whats app. They called on 5th day actually today and asked me to assemble product and send image again. I'm really disappointed with their questions and images i requested them to arrange call with their superiors, it spoke with their manager, it was shocking me that when she told that she couldn't open image at all. I realized that customer care is very in effective they just time passing. I couldn't understand whats the problem in sending technician to inspect. I fed up with customer care response finally writing here, i have attached all images with defective images and product purchase details.

Just because it is tata brand i brought it from tatacliq instead flikart/ amazon. I realized that i did an experiment ordering from tata cliq and it was a worst experinece. As i need purifier on urgent basis i had to ordere another one livepure after realizing that ineffectiveness of customer care.
