I am anju singh, i wrote email to tata search on 19 th september 2018. Inspite of changing the bulb my water purifier is not working. On 23 rd september, i was told that service personnel, sumit shinde would update the status. 26 the september, i wrote an email again to tata swach but to no avail. Tata Swach representative followed it v.well.
He was in touch with the local technician.
He fixed my Tata Swach water filter.
