Water filter not working. 8 days has passed and their has been response from the company. Very poor service. Been following up regularly.
I had called up the call centre to register a complaint on 28th june when i realized that the water purifier was indicating that please call technician. I again called on wednesday 3rd july saying that as yet their has been no technical call or response from the team. They had assured that within 48 hours some one would visit. I again called on sunday 7th july saying that the water purifier has stopped working and the response i received was that i had only lodged a service complaint and refused to allow me to speak to any higher authorities. They said they would escalate the matter internally however it has been a false assurance as on 10th july the water filter is not working and one one has even bothered to respond. I had categorically mentioned that i would make a consumer complaint and yet the attitude seems to be callous. Kindly help resolve my issue of poor service
