[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services — Not providing good service

Name: Anilkumar S Wifi number : [protected] Service provider : tata tele services Registered complaint regarding slow Internet speed. They only found out problem but not resolved the issue. They are not ready to give compensation for the loss. Instead their customer care executives ignoring my call and also blaming on us. They said that I have to use Internet only outside my residence and on roaming not in residence. They are telling me that there is problem in my home so signal enhancer has to be installed and no time line has been provided and closed my complaint. I hope this forum will help me on this issue.
