I have a landline number [protected] which has a plan for three years for minimum usage as we use that services for only incoming as we do not have proper network for cellular services so we have diverted all the number to our landline... But to our surprise once fine day in november we found that our landline services were terminated, checked with the tata customer support and received information that as there are not many land line users at our location they have terminated the services. But that is not my problem as they are at their peak for bad services for broadband and cellular service.
I had asked them as we have already paid for the landline in advance for three years how can they do so, on that they are sorry and said that they will refund the balance amount in 90 days from termination. My concern is what about us as they are not giving any option before this action. I spoke to one of the customer services desk and demanded a call from he supervisor but did not receiver any return call for any clarification. Finally a put a mail too but did not receive any replay for that... Please help.. As if i go for another new landline connection i will have to pay again installatiuon charges and i will not not get the same landline number, who will take care of that as tatateleservices have said they will not take any responsibility for same... I request please look in this matter at the earliest...
