Tata Teleservices — Harassment of former consumer by ride calls and emails and now threats for legal intimidation

It’s been more than two years now and I’m still being harassed with this on the basis of dues. I had no WiFi for a month and inspite of calling constantly I was never given any solution as more than half the times my call was never answered. The only time they called me was when they said that I needed to pay the bill for that month which didn’t give me a day of WiFi. So when I told them that I want to disconnect they said that I’ve to pay first. And I kept saying that I needed to discontinue and the customer service kept shouting and saying that they will not discontinue. After a month they called me to say to pay the bills and then they sent a person to disconnect and told me that I’ve a lot of outstanding amount. According to them this outstanding amount was for a month that didn’t give me any WiFi and for the next month for which they did not discontinue even though I called many times saying so. And since then they’ve started harassing and not even once has anyone come forward to help. The people are rude and they keep harassing me on mail and calls. And now they’re threatening me again.
