TATA PHOTON IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY AS OF TODAY. ABOUT SIX MONTHS BACK I HAD CANCELLED MY SON 'SIDDHANT MIDHA's' TATA PHOTON CONNECTION NO: [protected], ACCOUNT NO:[protected]. I HAD USED THEIR ONLINE CHAT SERVICES TO CANCELL THE PHOTON CONNECTION. BUT SOON THEREAFTER I KEPT RECEIVING CALLS ON MY MOBILE No ON REGULAR BASIS FROM TATA PHOTON CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPTT AS TO WHY WE WERE CANCELLING THEIR CONNECTION. I TOLD THAT SINCE MY SON IS NOT USING IT THEREFORE THIS CONNECTION WAS NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE AND IT IS FOR THIS REASON THAT I HAD REQUESTED FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THIS CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I HAD EVEN PAID THE LAST OUTSTANDING BILL BEFORE REQUESTING FOR CANCELLATION OF THE CONNECTION. THEREAFTER I RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM TATA PHOTON ASKING ME THE REASON AGAIN & AGAIN AS TO WHY I WAS CANCELLING THE CONNECTION. I HAD EVEN GOT ANNOYED WITH SOME OF THEIR CALLERS AS TO WHY I WAS BEING HARASSED UNNECCESSARY FOR A SIMPLE REASON THAT I HAD REQUESTED FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THEIR PHOTON CONNECTION, I HAD EVEN THREATHENED TO TALK TO THEIR SENIOR’S IF THEY DINT STOP CALLING ME AGAIN & AGAIN. THEREAFTER I STOPPED RECEIVING ANY FURTHER CALLS FROM THEM. BUT IT DID NOT STOP THERE. SINCE THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS I.E FROM AUG, 2014 ONWARDS THEY STARTED CALLING ON MY SONS ON HIS MOBILE NUMBER WHICH WAS REGISTERED WITH THEM. THEY HAD EVEN SENT A BILL TO OUR RESIDENCE IN GHAZIABAD WITH A CLAIM AMOUNT FOR Rs.1684/-. WHEN NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED BY THEM FROM MY SON’S SIDE AND WHEN THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT BY NO MEANS WE ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THE BILL, THEY RESORTED TO ANOTHER UNFAIR MEANS OF TRADE PRACTICE i.e THEY SENT US A NOTICE THROUGH THEIR ADVOCATE Mr.ABHISHEK CHANDRA MISHRA (OFFICE- 2nd FLOOR, 66, BABAR ROAD, BENGALI MARKET, NEW DELHI-110 001) WHO AS PER THE NOTICE LETTER SAYS IS A SUPREME COURT LAWYER. THIS NOTICE HAS A REF NO: TTSL/Conc./OCT-III-2014/E-1118, DATED: 24.10.2014. THE PHOTOPROOF OF THE NOTICE LETTER IS ATTACHED ALONG FOR EVERYONE TO SEE FOR THEMSELVES. THE NOTICE SAYS THAT, “AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXPRESSLY AGREED UPON BETWEEN YOU (i.e MY SON SIDDHANT MIDHA) AND MY CLIENT (i.e TATA TELESERVICES LTD), YOU WERE BOUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON TIME AGAINST THE USAGE OFYOUR PHONE. HOWEVER, YOYU HAVE FAILED TO ADHERE TO THE TERMS OF THE PAYMENT AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS OVERDUE. AS PER THE RECORDS OF MY CLIENT, AS ON DATE A SUM OF Rs.1694/- IS DUE AND PAYABLE BY YOU TOWARDS USAGE AND OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES, WHICH YOU HAVE FAILED AND NEGLECTED TO MAKE PAYMENTS DESPITE NUMEROUS DEMANDS AND PERSONAL FOLLOW-UPS BY MY CLIENT”.. “IN CASE YOU ARE INTRESTED IN SETTLING THE MATTER AMICABLY AND OUT OF COURT BY THE AFOREMENTIONED PROCESS OF CONCILITATION AS PRESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 62 OF THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT, 1996, YOU ARE CALLED UPON TO ATTEND THE CONCILLIATION CAMP BEING ORGANISED AT 17, M C SETALVAD CHAMBERS BLOCK (ARBITRATION ROOM), SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, NEW DELHI - 110 001 ON 30.10.2014 BETWEEN 11.00 A.M TO 4.00 P.M. HOWEVER, IN CASE YOU FAIL/AVOID TO COME FORWARD FOR CONCILIATION ON THE SAID DATE, THE PRESENT INVITATION SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN LAPSED/ REJECTED AND THE COMPANY SHALL BE AT FULL LIBERTY TO INITIATE APPROPRIATE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, AGAINST YOU FOR THE RECOVERY OF ITS LEGITIMATE DUES, AT YOUR ABSOLUTE COSTS, RISKS AND COSEQUENCES”. WHY I GAVE THE ABOVE COMPLETE DETAILS IS BCOS I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT HOW LOW TATA TELESERVICES LTD HAS STOOPED DOWN TO IN ORDER TO SAVE ITS EVER ERODING CUSTOMER BASE BCOS OF THEIR HIGH HEADEDNESS AND THEIR GUNDA TYPE APPROACH & STYLE OF WORKING. . ITS A SHAME THAT AT 'TATA’s THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE SENIOR PERSON TO LOOK INTO HOW THEIR Co's NAME IS BEING MIS-USED BY THEIR WORKING STAFF WHO ARE HANDLING THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPTTS OR WHO KNOWS, IT MUST BE TATA ITSELF THAT IS PROMOTING SUCH A DOWNGRADED WORK CULTURE WITHIN ITS OWN Co. IF WITHIN THE NEXT 24 Hrs THE ABOVE STATED SO TO SAY LEGAL NOITICE IS NOT WITHDRAWN OR TAKEN BACK BY THE TATA TELESERVICES LTD AND ALSO IF AN UN-CONDITIONAL APOLOGY IS NOT GIVEN FOR THEIR MIS-BEHAVIOUR WITH US THEN WE SHALL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT AND ALSO THE POLICE WITH OUR COMPLIANT & GREVIENCE IN THIS MATTER. THE BALL IS NOW IN TATA TELESERVICE’S COURT. I HOPE GOOD SENSE PREVAILS IN THEIR Co AND THEY WOULD DO THE NEEDFUL TO TAKE STOCK OF THE SITUATION IN ORDER TO BRING SOME SANITY TO THEIR WORKING STYLE AND WOULD TRY TO SOLVE THE CURRENT SITUATION. WE HAVE BEEN MENTALLY HARASSED AND TORTURED TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT IF THIS MATTER DOES NOT GET SOLVED VERY QUICKLY THEN WE ARE TODAY SERIOUSLY THINKING OF TAKEN A STERN & A STICKT ACTION THROUGH LEGAL PROCEDURES. LOOKING AT THE WAY TATA TELESEVICES LTD HAS HANDLLED THIS WHOLE CASE SO SHABBILLY THAT NOW I ALSO WISH TO CANCELL MY OWN TATA PHOTON NO: [protected] & ACCOUNT NO:[protected]. A VERY VERY ANGRY & AN AGGRIEVED CUSTOMER ‘SANJEEV MIDHA’ ALONG WITH MY SON ‘SIDDHANT MIDHA’
