I have started raising the complaints from 17th jan that there is no range for internet, not able to access the net properly. After doing multiple complaints and still net issue is not resolved then i have raised the complaints that i do not wanted use the internet service provided by tata.
I have raised the complaints to permanently disconnect the service on 14 th feb for which they have disconnected my net service on 15th march, i have not used net since 15th jan, then why should i pay the bill 3 months, i can pay the bill of jan month but not the feb and march month since i have not used the net in feb and march month, you can check my net usage.
I have been told to pay the bill 2054 rs, even though i have not used the tata docomo dongle for more than 2.5 months.
I have been also threaten to pay the overdue bills by advocate deepak choudhary.
I have paid the entire money because i do not want to fall in any court matter.
I need justice here, please deposit my money (1304 rs) back since i just have to pay the bill of jan 18 i. E 750 rs.

Please refer this email trail of 17 jan, where i have clearly mentioned that if connectivity issue is not resolved with in 1 hour, will disconnect using your service for internet.
The connectivity issue is not resolved, as per the discussion with one of customer service engineer i have been told that i do not have to pay the bill of jan and engineer will visit to my residence to check the net connectivity and resolve my net issue.
Nobody tuned till date, after this i have raised the compaint to disconntuue the net service for which i have got the response that you were considering the request and disconnecting the service, even after that i am receiving the messages to pay 1534, where as bull of jan was just 767.
I do not wanted to use your dongle, neither want to receive any sms no email notification as well as auto voice call to remind me to pay the bill.
I am highly displeased with your service.
Please disconnect the service, not going to pay any bills, long back i have started using another vendor's net connection.
