No option to speak to Customer support representative on their helpline no.[protected].
Revert to complaints on mail at "[protected]@tatateleservices.com" comes with a cut out date to solve your problem, but however no action is initiated much after the cut off date, inspite of several followups. I wanted to cancel my Static IP which was due for renewal w.e.f. 7th September and requested them to revise the invoice accordingly, but nothing happened except that my bill was not revised, static id was not cancelled and services discontinued till I had to make payment for the same.
