I have purchased 2 micro SD card (128GB+64GB) from Tata Cliq with order id[protected].
I have paid total of rs 1646 for the order including 98 rs delivery charge (rs 49 for each card).
But they send wrong item to me instead of one Micro SD card (64gb).
I want to replace the item with wrongly send item but there is no option for this, there is only option for return.
I placed the return request and item was returned.
Please note that the cost of 64GB card is rs 649/+ delivery charge of rs 49/- total rs 698/-.
I have I gift card of rs 300 that was redeemed by me and I get 105 discount with this order against the gift card (please note the gift card was earned by me through diffrent platform not from Tata Cliq)
But they refund me only Rs 543 for this order that was wrongly dispatched by Tata Cliq not any fault from my side and they deducted total of rs 154 (49 delivery charge and 105 my coupon value) from the order that was a loss for me.
If the fault is happening from Tata Cliq side, why should I bear the loss.
I also requested for redispatch the correct item to me because it's their fault but they denied for the same.
So request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to settle the dispute.
