Tata Value Homes — tata destination - 150, noida, no construction happening since 6 months

Myself booked a flat in tata destination-150 in sector-150, noida. First 10% installation has been paid (Approx 8 lakhs). However, there is no progress on project and in fact the construction equipment have been demobilised it seems.

The site office also presents a deserted look with lean sales manpower. Tata says it is waiting for agreement format from rera. However, other rera projects are going on. We booked and paid on name of tata. The confidence is shaken. Tata should refund the amount due to their inability to proceed due to whatsoever reason and explain why there is no progress.
