Tatacliq — defect phone delivered by tatacliq | |||
Vivo v9 ordered through tatacliq was delivered with defect on back panel on 14th aug 2018. Immediately contacted tata cliq call centre to get the issue resolved. I was advised to wait for a day to get refund option to be activated on website. Next day when the option was activated, immediately complain was again logged through website to process refund. Got a call from tata cliq on 18th aug 2018 to shared pictures & imei no. Which was done immediately by me in an hours time. Did not get any call there after. Mail was received that my refund request is rejected. When asked about the reason, i was told that i have not sent the picture. Re-forwarded the mail to all email id's shared with me, stil did not get response from tata cliq. Again when i called for the status of my complain, i was advised to wait for a day. Another email was received asking for imei no. & pictures of defective phone, box with all angles. I clicked pictures again & mailed it on the same day. Next day again i received a mail that the team need 1-2 working days for resolution. Tatacliq team is just harassing me & wasting my time. They do not intent to refund the money they have collected from me against the defective product delivered. Please help to get my money refunded from tata cliq Was this information helpful? | |||
