Tatacliq — defective product supplied: not providing replacement or refund

On 1st june 2019, i ordered online a voltas 1 ton split ac from tatacliq.com { (Order no.[protected], (Sno. 4552300a18ec02688)}. The product was installed by a voltas technician on 16th june 2019. Within few days the ac stopped functioning (Not cooling). On 15th july voltas technician identified the problem as gas leakage and rectified it by gas filling. However, within few days the ac stopped functioning again. On 14th august voltas technician identified the same problem (Gas leakage). Notably, he pointed out that this ac is having manufacturing defect and the same problem will persist very soon even after repair. Based on his advice i contacted voltas for a product replacement, but, they directed me to contact tatacliq.com. On contacting tatacliq they refused product replacement. During purchase they have offered a 5 years’ warranty for the product. On 15th august, i registered a complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in (Grievance no. 1519333).in response, the voltas technician refilled the gas on 16th august, and the company assured me that the cooling (Gas leakage) problem with ac was rectified permanently and will not further occur. Afterwards, the ac was used seldom, and on 1st september the ac stopped functioning again (Not cooling). I want a permanent solution from the company for this problem by either a replacement of product or a refund, as gas filling was proven to be a temporary solution as seen from the past experience. Importantly, this ac uses r22 refrigerant gas as coolant. The use of r22 type gas is banned worldwide since it is poisonous and ozone depleting. Therefore, my family (Children) are in high risk of exposure to this gas due to leakage and tatacliq and voltas will be responsible for any sort of accident or casualty happening to my family or neighbourhood.

Tata Tigor xz dark brown shade colour we are currently facing some paint issue the car is nearly 7months old and has completed 18000 km approx the clear coat I mean the final glossy coating of the car is coming out slowly it is under warranty so I hereby request Tata Motor India kindly please solve my issue
