[Resolved] Tatacliq — faulty product delivered. tata cliq not agreeing to take back the product

We purchased vu (Brand of tv) tv from tatacliq on july 20.
Installation was a failure and we requested tatacliq to take back the faulty unit and refund the money paid in full. Tatacliq did not accept the job card from the technician that stated that the tv unit was hanging (Electronically non-responsive). Job card number 1 attached.
Tatacliq insisted that they should send another technician for a second job card. Our contention is that we have received a faulty unit from tatacliq and they must honour their policy of taking back a defective supply as the customer is not satisfied.
Our dissatisfaction is not only the product but by unprofessional approach of the product vendor vu as well as tatacliq who are forcing us to accept a product that is defective.
After one month of struggle we allowed technician to look at the tv again. The same result and we have a second job sheet that declares the tv faulty (Attached).
We are finding tatacliq very insensitive to the customer complaint and the agony, frustration we have faced in the past month. The full communication with tatacliq is available and you will see the lack of action from tatacliq management on this matter.
We need action against tatacliq to provide us the full refund immediately and compensate us for the pain and mental agony we have gone through.

Tatacliq management intervened and very satisfactorily resolved the issue. Full refund of the amount has been provided immediately. The people involved in this process were very courteous and followed-up with us to ensure smooth closure. Thank you.
