[Resolved]  Tatacliq — low quality delivered and not arranging refund pickup

Hi team,

I have order kurti of rs 449/- my order details are below:
Order placed on : 25 oct 2019order id :[protected]
Transaction:[protected]

I have received low quality product so i arrange for return pickup for refund on 5th nov, 2019 and there policy says they return product in 3days but today is 20th nov, 2019 they are not arranging return pickup and not returing my money.

Please assist me with this issue.
