[Resolved] Tatasky — TATASKY blackmailing without providing good service | |||
I am not getting signal from saturday. After making repeated calls to helpdesk they promised me that a service engineer will attend my call. But no one attend until now. Means even though they are 24/7 service providers, I didn't get service on saturday, sunday, monday and tuesday today. Now they are calling me and saying in case of deactivation of tatasky " they will not refund the amount 3000/- ". So they are not providing the service and when I ask them to deactivate the service, they are saying I will not get refund amount. Is there any people are there to survive me from such a cruel corporate service. Please take this issue as priority basis. I needed service on or before 11:00 AM tomorrow otherwise allow me to deactivate the connection and get back my refund amount. Thanks in advance for your help Was this information helpful? | |||
