[Resolved] NSDL PAN Correction Unit — PAN Card Correction Not done since December 2012 | |||
Hello, I had filled online application form in December 2012 for correction in my PAN Card. It has been almost 5 months now and the status on site shows invalid documents. When I call tininfo customer care everytime they check my documents and confirm that the documents are correct and in 3-4 working days status will change. Now it has been over 1-2 working months but nothing has moved. The trouble is tininfo customer care personnel are not even qualified to explain to customer what is not valid so that I can submit correct documents. Please help me out in this matter a I am not seeing anyway out of this unending circle.
