Taxi Bazaar — service not being provided after taking advance and no response further

I am Shailesh from Bangalore. On 18th Aug, I was looking for cab options for family trip for Mysore from Bangalore on 19th Aug online. Suddenly got a call from[protected] and person calling was Akshay. I explained my requirement and he gave me the option with tariff details. Which seemed very good and I just confirmed a go ahead with the deal. He asked me to pay advance 630/- through PayTm which I told to do late in night. Around 11 pm I checked my mobile ant there were 10 calls from taxi bazzar. When I reconnected they asked me to pay the advance and make the booking confirmed for 19th morning sharp at 6 am. I did the same and paid 630/- by 11:45 pm. As soon as made the payment got booking confirmation message. I was relieved and happy that finally I got the cab for next morning trip. Now, the surprise part came when I started calling them right after making the payment same night for cab and driver details. Tried hard for at least 5-6 times but nobody picked the call. Slept around 12:30 helplessly and prayed for better response next morning.
Morning we woke up at 5 am even with the 3 kids and elderly people. Everybody started getting ready and I sat with my phone and was trying to connect them. Tried contentiously from 5 am 6 amt but no response. Then I used my wife's mobile no to reach them. I got connected at 6 am and Rahul the person whom I spoke with confirm that we'll get cab and driver details in 10 mins. Right after that no response and worst they block both of ours phone nos. Suddenly Got the message that cant connect with driver and travel plan may delay or get cancelled. I was shocked and felt like cheated. I convinced everyone to wake up early and pained them to get ready even if very young kids. I was feeling guilty for them and feeling ashamed as well after realizing that have been cheated.
the same day when I was able to connect they said sorry and ensure that will get refund back to my account.
Its been today Sep 13th when I am writing and no response from them. They have already blocked my bot nus it seems and if somehow connect from my office number they make the line busy after few seconds and block even that no also. they are well trained cheaters. I read no of complaints in the forum and mine is also the same repeated story.

but no response there also. Now with the hope of getting some help I am writing here.
Its not about 630/- money that I wan refund but more of my pain and psychological distress which make us realize that we are so vulnerable that any Tom Dick & Harry could cheat us and enjoy.
Need your help to go further and lodge case against these frauds and not let them go away easily.
