Taxi For Sure — Driver abusing

Some one from my flat has booked the Cab & the cab guy was standing in front of gate. When asked to move the vehicle, he started abusing the watchman, tenants n ppl in the flat. cab no: TN12 A 9231 DATE of happening: 06/11/2015 Time: 10.30 am
