Taxi For Sure — Not providing the invoice | |||||
I am very upset with the kind of service i got yesterday from Taxi For Sure. I had booked online cab for Bangalore Airport transfer (June 29th 1:45 pm), on Jun 27th and got confirmation SMS. On 29th on got an SMS at 1:35 PM that we are not able to send the driver. But actually the drive was waiting outside. I went ahead in the same car, Cab driver's number-[protected], his name is Dasharath and car number KA-51-AF9958. He told me his meter is not working and I negotiated for a fix charge of 1200. When I reached airport and asked for bill, he said you will get it on email from Taxi for sure. I checked my email and also my account, but the trip was cancelled. Now I will have to pay Rs 1200 from my pocket as my company will not reimburse this amount with out a bill. This is really disgusting the way Taxi For Sure people operate. When I reached out to customer support they said the cab was cancelled and we cant provide invoice. Trip ID # TFS-AT-C80473630 from global village to Bangalore Airport.
