I booked a taxi from https://www.taxibazaar.in on 21/4/18 making an advance payment of 602 inr. I booked the taxi for mumbai from surat. The pickup time was 1000 hrs but there was no information regarding the driver till 1030 hrs. After so many efforts when i was connected to them, they provided me with the details of the driver. I was waiting for the driver, but no reply from them on calling again at 1130 hrs, taxibazaar had stopped responding and blocked my number. When called from another number, they were outsourcing a taxi for which we had to pay 600 inr extra. As we had to catch the train on time, we asked them to send the taxi asap. Taxi bazaar is not replying to the emails, neither provided any bills for the same. I have read many reviews afterwards, which tells the same story. They are running a fraud site and take bookings.
