Driver Details : MD IMRAN WB04G2196 (Sedan) Booking ID TFS-PP-C42928303 Date : Nov 18th, 11.29 pm Money deducted (Rs.60) yesterday from my Paytm account without any travel. After booking the driver informed he is there at 1 hour distance so he won't be coming. But after a few minutes I have got a message that Rs. 60 is deducted from my Paytm account without any travel !! After that the driver did not receive my calls !! I was returning back from hospital with my ill husband and hence did not get time to complaint immediately. I tried calling the tfs number[protected] but it is disgusting that the only number provided also doesn't work This is ridiculous...Please refund the money immediately otherwise I shall approach the consumer forum.
